Your right of withdrawal

If you bought a pack of creations as a consumer — that is, for purposes outside a trade, business or profession — you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and at no cost.

This is a right in law, not a favour: we cannot limit it, we cannot charge a penalty for it, and we cannot ask you to justify it. This page explains how to exercise it and what we do when your notice reaches us.

What it covers

It covers the purchase of a pack of creations. Each pack is its own purchase and opens its own 14-day period: buy two on different days and you have two separate periods, each about that payment.

There are no subscriptions and no renewals: you pay once for the pack you choose, and nothing else is ever charged unless you ask for it. So there is nothing to cancel, and no renewal that reopens or uses up the period.

It does not cover the creations you get for free when you sign up, where there is nothing to refund: if you no longer want to use Bakery Form you can simply delete your account from the Account page.

When the 14 days run

Bakery Form is a digital service, not an object that ships: the period therefore runs from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day your payment succeeds and the pack's creations appear on your account. There is no delivery to wait for.

The day of purchase does not count: the period starts the following day and ends at the close of the fourteenth. If the last day falls on a public holiday, the period is not shortened.

What counts is when you send the notice, not when we read it. If it leaves within the fourteenth day your withdrawal is in time — even if we process it the day after.

How to exercise it

All you need is an explicit statement telling us that you wish to withdraw. There is no mandatory form: you can use the form below, or simply write to bakeryform.inzu@gmail.com. No registered letter, no certified mail, and no prior authorisation from us.

So that we can find you without having to write back, please include your name, the email address you signed up with, and a reference to the purchase: the pack's name and the date, or the receipt number Stripe emailed you right after the payment.

A reason is not required. We are glad to read one if you give it, but it changes nothing about your request.

Keep a copy of what you send us: proving that you exercised the right in time is on you, which is why the form below shows you the finished statement before you send it.

What happens next

We confirm by email that your statement reached us, with the date and time it arrived. That confirmation is your receipt: keep it.

We remove that pack's remaining creations from your account and refund you. There is no subscription to close and your account is not touched: it stays active, with the free creations from signing up and with any other pack you have bought.

The creations saved in your library stay where they are: withdrawal is about the purchase, not about your data. If you want those gone too, deleting your account is a separate thing — see the last section.

The refund

We refund the full amount you paid, within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the same means of payment you used for the purchase. Nothing withheld, and no cost to you.

The refund is full even if you have already used some of the pack's creations — and even if you have used all of them. We would be entitled to keep a share in proportion to what you had already used, and we choose not to: we would rather have a rule that reads in one line than one that makes you do arithmetic.

If the refund has not appeared on your payment method within those 14 days, write to bakeryform.inzu@gmail.com: that is our problem, not yours.

When the right does not apply

The law rules out withdrawal in a small number of listed cases. The one that could touch a service like ours is the supply of digital content: where performance begins with your express consent and with your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right, the right falls away.

We do not rely on that. We do not ask you to give up the right in order to use the service, and using Bakery Form during the 14 days costs you nothing. If we ever changed that, we would have to ask you plainly before payment, and this page would say so.

The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers. If you bought for your business, under a VAT number or with the invoice made out to a company, the statutory right does not apply — the terms of the contract stand instead.

The files you have already downloaded

The STL files you downloaded before withdrawing stay on your computer. We have no way of taking them back and we do not try: what ends is the pack you paid for, not possession of what you already have.

After withdrawing, that pack's remaining creations are gone: making new ones will need a new pack. The account stays yours and the library stays full — you can download again, and rebuild what you already made with different measurements, which costs no creations.

Withdrawal is not account deletion, and neither stands in for the other. Deleting your account erases your data and, with it, the creations you bought, but it does not on its own give you your money back: if you want the refund, send us the withdrawal statement before you delete.
